SCS Sofware is an independent development company located in Prague, Czech Republic.
Since its founding in 1997 the company has concentrated on creating licensable 3D engine technology. Its game engines powered over a dozen commercially successful games, including best selling games Deer Hunter II and Deer Hunter III, or the critically acclaimed Duke Nukem: Manhattan Project.
SCS began its own game development services as a third party developer/contractor in 1999.
Software Highlights from Credited Titles
SCS Software's first work that SPOnG is aware of is the 2007 title, "Bus Driver" (PC).
The company has been involved titles released on the PC. Of these, "American Truck Simulator: Starter Pack: California" (PC), "Euro Truck Simulator 2" (PC), "Euro Truck Simulator 2: Go East" (PC) and "Euro Truck Simulator 2: Scandinavia Add-on" (PC) have been best selling titles.
The company's most recent involvement was on the 2019 release "Euro Truck Simulator 2: Platinum Collection" (PC).
