kind of unfair right there. Religion should not be the basis but is needs to be mentioned because love it or hate it, it has played a MAJOR part in shaping history. Great games such as Assians creed is set during the crusades and though religion is not the dominant factor the game would not work without it.
I am saying there should not be a game where you play as moses fighting the egyptians with magic powers (as cool as the game actually sounds) or playing as the invincible Jesus fighting romans, where Jesus has only one waekness "The crucifix"(a bit of comic irony right there). The is obviously a topic where people can get offended, and i have not even mentioned Muslims.
This said religion can not be blocked because it is so dominant today. Blocking out religion must surely be just as bad as blocking Mexicians or women or black people or the elderly from appearing in a game. You can not pick and choose, everything must be available in a nation of the free, or nothing is available.
