Summary

Have you ever thought about rising from the dead in a quest to defeat the geezer who woke you up? If you have, then you're probable already dead. Still, now's your chance.

In Medievil 2 , you play the dead part of Sir Dan Fortesque. Your mission, to defeat the evil Zarok so you can get back to your eternal rest. Similar to "Nightmare Creatures", you spend most of your time slaying the undead Buffy stylee! While a little bit gruesome, the blood is green, and that makes all the difference. Doesn't it?

This 3D roaming, level based title is actually quite a lot of fun to play. You have a multitude of weapons to choose from, including the use of your left arm to throw at your relatives six foot down under. There are bosses set at regular intervals throughout the game, all set with their own difficulty level, imroving the learning curve to suit the need of the player. Basically, if you're not good enough, then you can't progress.

The manipulative cameras within M2 help to create what is a true 3D, free-roaming environment. Graphical achievments are as good as can be expected with a five year old machine.

With medievil type tunes and medievil type environments, this game has been well researched. When playing Medievil 2, you will begin to appreciate the effort that has gone into this title, and in return, you will appreciate playing it.
