Founded in 1995 by former staff at Evans and Sutherland, creators flight simulators, SingleTrac was primarily a developer of PlayStation titles , responsible for, amongst others, the original PlayStation version of the flight combat titles Warhawk and Twisted Metal.
The company was acquired by publisher GT Interactive in 1997, which itself was acquired by French publisher Infogrames in November 1999.
Also in 1999, several of SingleTrac's employees left to form Incog, Inc., later known as Incognito Entertainment, developer of Warhawk for PlayStation 3. SingleTrac closed its doors in 2000
SingleTrac's first work that SPOnG is aware of is the 1995 title, "Warhawk" (PlayStation).
The company has been involved titles released on the PC and PlayStation.
The company's most recent involvement was on the 2000 release "Animorphs: Shattered Reality" (PlayStation).
