Summary

Heavy Metal returns looking more beautiful that ever, in a sequel cleverly named Heavy Metal: Fakk 2. I haven’t got a clue about the use of the word Fakk, so don’t ask, ok?

In this graphically enhanced follow up, you get to take on the role of a well proportioned woman named Julie, who incidentally, looks very similar to Joanna Dark from Rare’s Perfect Dark. Fakk 2 uses an enhanced version of the Quake 3 engine, and it shows. This is one of the most lavish, detailed games around. The environments are huge, and contain mind-blowing puzzles and some nasty combat challenges. To handle the game’s combat, Julie has been given the capability to fight with both hands simultaneously. Also, there are a wide range of offensive and defensive weapons. Some are old, sword-like weapons, while others consist of hi-tec explosives, but there are as many as twenty variations.

Heavy Metal Fakk 2 is a wonderful fantasy world, complete with futuristic wildlife. Take 2 have created some of the most bizarre creatures around, but have also made them as interactive as any door or object. There are instances where you will have to rely on these features to succeed in the game.

So, with an arsenal of attractive features, and some of the most top-heavy looking females around, Heavy Metal Fakk 2 will have a lot of appeal to a Lara-loving male audience.
