Summary

Pokemon Puzzle Challenge is a Pokemon-themed falling blocks puzzler. Combining fast-paced Tetris-style action with lots of challenges, it includes all the additional Pokemon from the Gold and Silver games. Totodile is the king of tactics, while wily Cyndaquil and the audacious Chikorita battle it out to become the chain master!

The game features six different game modes with a variety of difficulty levels, so it doesn't matter how good, fast, slow or poor your performance is. Professor Elm is present in the Training Mode to help players get to grips with the basics, just in case you can't handle the gameplay at first.

The solo games in Pokemon Puzzle Challenge include the single-player adventure, where you take on the wall single-handedly. Connecting to a friend's Game Boy via a link cable means you can go head to head in the two-player mode. Of course, a Pokemon game wouldn't be a Pokemon game without the presence of Trainers, and as you progress from one gym to the next, battling the Trainers in Challenge mode is the way to unlocking the secret Pokemon and hatching pre-evolved monsters from their eggs. Whether flying alone, or with a friend, the ultimate objective is to prove yourself from here, as the absolute master of the Pokemon Puzzle Challenge.
