Summary

Finding Nemo: Escape to the Big Blue centres around the Tank Gang, who are hoping to make a great escape from the dentist's office to the big blue sea. In order to do this, they must go through the dentist's garden and cross the busy street, while keeping clear of hungry seagulls. Hopefully, they will eventually reach the dock and jump into the great blue yonder. To help the gang achieve this, Nemo, Marlin and Dory are waiting by the pier. It is only then that an incredible journey starts for them to find a new home in the coral reef.

The game itself has over 20 mini-games to play that push a solid 3D engine and many of them use both screens. By completing games and getting a high score, as well as collecting shells in each fish's first level, players can purchase various unlocked characters and items. You can play as Bubbles, Bloat, Peach, Deb, Gurgle, Jacque, Gill and Deb (as well as the aforementioned characters) in order to reach safety. There are many dangers and exciting challenges to be faced on the way.

Finding Nemo: Escape to the Big Blue is a great game for young children, and they will undoubtedly have loads of fun playing it. There are many creative mini-game challenges that will keep players occupied and graphically it really does show the full capabilities of the DS.
