Summary

The limbless wonder is back, and he's facing his greatest challenge yet: hordes of demonic rabbits. Yup, that's what we said. Rabbits. They've been lurking beneath the surface of the world for a long time now. Waiting. Plotting. Doing sinister, rabbity things.

Now, however, they've emerged, and it looks bleak for Rayman.

When the action kicks off, Rayman is a prisoner of the rabbits, missing his hands and feeling understandably down. Fortunately for us, the rabbits don't realise just how awesome he is and that they're facing a one-man rebellion. As Rayman, you must fight your way through 25 levels over five perilous environments.

In between fighting the nefarious bunnies and combatting wacky nasties such as superbunny and bunny cop, you'll also need to buckle up and leap into one of the bunnies' flying machines. It's racing, folks, but not as we know it.

Let's face it; fighting rabbits ain't something you get to do every day. Of course, all this is done with the flair and panache you've come to expect from the Rayman.

The graphics are of the style you've come to demand from Michael Ancel: slick, quirky, strange and surreal as ever. There's the opportunity to add your own touch to the look of the game as well. You can customise Rayman's look as you progress, collecting costumes to go punk, pop, rock or hip hop so at least the hero can suffer in style.

A game that offers up the chance to fight bunnies is what everyone's collection is missing.
