Summary

NBA 2K7 for the Xbox is the latest in the basketball simulation video game series. NBA 2K7 introduces new features like Signature Style, improved Shot Stick control, enhanced arena atmosphere and online fantasy leagues.

NBA 2K7 features the movements of every single NBA player with the introduction of Signature Style that showcases over 300 unique animations in dunks, jumpshots, passes, and dribbles. The basketball players not only look and move around the court like their real-life counterparts, but they also display the same behaviour and tendencies during a game. The arena atmosphere has been improved greatly, including full 3D crowds with their own behavioural attributes and enhanced lighting. There are also over 30 new gameplay cameras, each bringing one of America's favourite sports to life like never before. Fans will be pleased to know that the commentary is done by Kevin Harlan and Kenny Smith.

The game also offers a wealth of gameplay modes for players to get into. 24/7: NEXT is an all-new Streetball Story Mode with a host of basketball challenges for players to enjoy. The Association is by far the most complete franchise Mode yet seen in the series, that includes three-team trades (transfers), fatigue and much more. Another new feature is a brand new Create Player System, the most complete and extensive to date.

The soundtrack to the game is produced by Dan The Automator, and features artists like Mos Def, A Tribe Called Quest, Fabolous and Hieroglyphics.

NBA 2K7 offers various online features. It has the most comprehensive online feature set anywhere, including online stat tracking, online fantasy drafted leagues and online tournaments.
