Summary
Heroes of Might and Magic V's first expansion pack is subtitled Hammers of Fate and introduces new factions and challenges and a deeper, longer game experience.
The new faction is in the guise of Dwarves, made up of heroic warriors and rune magic adepts who stalk the territory's deepest mountains and most hostile regions. The new adventure features 15 new missions, new heroes, and improved cut-scenes. The new campaign leads players deeper into the dramatic events that unfolded within Heroes of Might and Magic V.
Hammers of Fate includes a plethora of new spells and abilities, five new single-player maps, 10 new multiplayer maps, new buildings, new artefacts, and new creatures. The add-on also gives players the tools to develop new tactics, and further their game experience both on and offline.
There are more new features such as caravans and a random map generator, meaning gamers can enjoy unlimited replayability. The 'simultaneous turn' feature also enables faster gameplay in online multiplayer games.
