Summary

Boogie combines singing and dancing to give the player a full-on music experience. Players can create and customise their own 'Boog' and then take them dancing and singing through songs stretching from the discotheques and dancehalls of the 60's all the way up to noughties rock and R&B.

Using the SingStar USB microphone, you can sing along with any of the 40 songs in the game. Dancing consists of moving your character around the dancing stage with the joypad to make simple gestures which translate as dancing moves on screen. Performing sufficient combos builds up the special meter and pulls off the character's special move.

You can also record your dance video and your vocal track by utilising the easy-to-use video and sound editor built into the game. You can record your dance moves and singing simultaneously or separately, before editing them to create your personalised music video.
