Back at the Barnyard: Barnyard Games - DS/DSi

If the title wasn't a dead give away – the animals of Barnyard are back. Otis the adolescent cow and his agricultural associates have gotten a decent amount of mileage since Barnyard hit cinemas back in 2006. They landed on consoles and the GameBoy Advance at the time, spun off into a Nicktoon and now have spun out of it again onto the DS.

Otis and his mates have a lot to do. Him and Pip the mouse, Freddy the ferret, Abby the cow and more are getting a bit sporty. They'll engage in activities such as Cowapult, in which they'll earn points by pulling off gnarly tricks in the air, driving a melon truck down dirt roads in Melon Race, knock raccoons and coyotes about in Whack-a-Rac and use a hot air balloon to pick up sheep in Balloon Shepherd.

Players can customise their characters and even their own game arena, as well as get to grips with the kooky Barnyard world like never before. As they do so, they'll come across farm-themed versions of some familiar, old-school classics. Look out for Mule Invaders, IggBud (Dig Dug), Pigsteroids, Cattlepiller, Moo-nar lander, PigBert, Pecker (Frogger) and Mr.Moo (Mr.Do) among others.
