Done with the latest instalment of the addictive Harvest Moon series? Well, why not have another one? Following a relentless wave of farming simulation RPG games in 2010, Frantic Farming does away with the serious character development and life-changing quests to focus on what the series is all about at its very core - harvesting!
You start the game as an honest farm boy, making an honest living in an honest world. Suddenly, your life is made a lot more busy when crops suddenly start popping up all over Sunny Island with no means of control! The serene island is doomed to become swamped with veggies if you’re not diligent enough to harvest them all up. But that’s obviously a short-term fix - along the way you must discover the mystery behind the strange goings on and put a stop to it.
Choose from one of 12 different characters, each with their own backstory and unique farming abilities. As you play through the manic story mode, you’ll see a unique perspective on the plot from your chosen character’s viewpoint, adding to the replayability of the title. When you’ve solved the mystery of the overgrowing crops, you can tackle the Mission Mode, Score Attack and Free Play modes for some added fun. Grab a friend for some multiplayer fun using DS Download Play, using only one game card!
