Summary
Hello Kitty has been going for 35 years, and the cute little kitten still doesn't look a day over 5 years old. We'd like to know what her secret is for staying so young and colourful. Perhaps we'll find out in this latest title on the PSP, Hello Kitty: Puzzle Party!
Puzzle Party offers a selection of challenging and entertaining brain-teasers to pass the time on the bus, coach or visit to Grandma's. Three different mini-games provide a wealth of options; in JigPaws you must solve over 30 jigsaw puzzles with either 24 or 48 pieces. Picture Purrfect asks you to figure out puzzles and paint squares in a numbered grid to reveal a picture; while Tasty Tower is a colour-matching falling blocks game.
The Sanrio character has entertained children around the world for generations (and there are a fair few grown-up fans too), so completing a number of puzzles in the game will net a fair reward in the form of customisable clocks and calendars. Finish a JigPaw puzzle for example, and you get to use the completed image as a PSP wallpaper. A welcome prize for any Hello Kitty fan.
If you're not in the mood for the games and just want to stare into the eyes of Hello Kitty for whatever reason, there's the PSP Desktop Gadget that helps you customise backgrounds, wallpapers and widgets to personalise a calendar and clock.
