Jillian Michaels' Fitness Adventure is the latest outing from the hugely successful Jillian Michaels’ range. Using Kinect (which is a requirement) the game enables the gamer to go beyond a standard fitness to really stretch and tone via routine via an adrenalin-infused journey set in a lush jungle temple environment.

The fully customizable Kinect motion-based fitness experience is a results-oriented personal training regimen that will test and reward the player.

Jillian Michaels' Fitness Adventure comes with several modes including:

Fitness Adventure Mode: set in an exciting jungle temple, this features a free-style mix of proactive and reactive running, jumping and climbing.

Circuit Training: this comes with ten exercise circuits in three difficulty modes. With Individual Fitness Training by Jillian, it also offers exercises of varying difficulty for any fitness level to get started and build up.

Using Kinect, the gamer can even integrate various types of fitness equipment that they already own. If the player is new to exercise or doesn’t want additional clutter however, they can use the game's regimen of training exercises that use their own bodyweight.

Social Integration: Login to the online world of keep up with and compare friends' performance in the online leader boards.

The all-important stats: Jillian Michaels' Fitness Adventure provides many statistics for progress tracking. These include a calendar that shows what days have included workouts. Also available are stats on the number of calories burned, the number of exercises/circuits completed, and time spent exercising over a daily, weekly, monthly and even yearly basis.
