Summary

Fresh from the Wii, Activision launches Big League Sports onto the Xbox 360 for use with Kinect. As a competitive party game, Big League Sports offers a selection of wildly different sports with various disciplines to master. The controls have been refined to take advantage of Kinect's control system and the way you play is unique to every sport. Choose to challenge your friends at Tennis, Basketball, Baseball, American Football, Soccer, Lacrosse, Hockey and Golf. The only way to win is to assume the position and move in the way that you would to play the game in real life.

Unlike other party sports titles, Big League Sports focusses on the player delivering moments that will get their adrenalin-pumping. For example, instead of focussing on their team, the aim here is to ace an opponent in Tennis; to hit the basketball against the buzzer; to bend free-kicks in soccer or to tackle all manner of difficult, jaw-dropping shots in the various mini-games available. And when the challenges don’t end there: online challenges the gamer to compete against other players worldwide with real-time leaderboards and online multiplayer modes, meaning that there is always the chance to outshine an opponent even when your friends have given up and left the battle.
