Summary
2027 is a golden age for science, technology and the way in which it can augment the human condition. Unfortunately, this doesn't mean prosperity for everyone. Social divides are wider than ever, and conspiracy looms over the global stage. In a scenario that looks like a worryingly plausible extension of where we are now, powerful corporations have taken hold of power, rendering governments obsolete and controlling the drug supply necessary for augmented humans to survive.
One such cyborg is your character in Deus Ex: The Fall, Ben Saxon. Saxon is a former SAS mercenary who has undergone augmentation, but is now desperate for the truth behind the drugs conspiracy. This is bigger than him, though. He's been betrayed by his private military employers and now finds himself hunted, with the future of all augmented humans hanging in the balance...
Originally developed for mobile, The Fall is now on PC with a streamlined Deus Ex experience. With multiple branching pathways, The Fall has the weight of a full-blooded Deus Ex game. There are plenty of options in any given scenario and, of course, lots of vents to crawl through and stealthy play to be had. The Fall will happily augment any Deus Ex fan's collection.
