Software Highlights from Credited Titles
Arthur Houtman's first video game work that SPOnG is aware of is the 1999 title, "Le Mans 24 Hours" (PlayStation) as Project Leader/Producer. Of the titles listing Arthur within the credits , "V-Rally 2" (Dreamcast) has been a best selling title.
