Zombie Revenge for the Sega Dreamcast is a conversion of the popular arcade game of the same name. This is a 3D beat-em-up with a scrolling adventure in a similar fashion to Streets of Rage. As the title indicates the enemies in this game are not of this world, they are evil, un-dead and very angry. It’s time to put an end to their existence.
Zombie Revenge features lush visuals with arcade style gameplay. Up to two people can play simultaneously and we recommend you try this mode as covering your friend’s back adds a tactical aspect to the game. You have a strict time limit that you must adhere to, if you take out all of the baddies, you can make progress and receive extra precious seconds.
Zombie Revenge features combination moves that are worth learning because of the massive damage that they inflict. Additionally, there are a number of weapons that are not only spectacular but devastating. When fighting the end of level bosses it’s a good idea to keep your distance as been in close can hurt. Luckily, you can lock on your weapons and that guarantees that you will be shooting in the right direction.
Zombie Revenge is a hard game to complete; you only have a certain number of lives and continues. You won’t be able to walk through it one sitting which is a good thing. You must develop your skills and learn the best ways to take out the zombies. Zombie Revenge is an enjoyable gaming experience that you come back to time and time again.
