CSI: Crime Scene Investigation
A murdered woman... a slain police officer... a mysterious arson case. What do these crimes have in common? Enter the gritty world of CSI and search for the truth with Grissom, Catherine, and the entire Crime Scene Investigation team. Armed with high-powered forensic equipment and razor-sharp wits, delve deep into the mysteries of five baffling crime scenes to reveal the truth. Don't just watch the action. Live it.

As a rookie CSI agent, you have a lot to prove, and the only way to earn your investigator certification is solve six unique mysteries by way of forensic science techniques, intuition and initiative. Criminal activities include homicide, breaking and entering, robbery, assault and kidnapping Ė but itís up to you to uncover the truth about these mysterious events.

With the freedom to take your work outside the sealed laboratory, youíll be charged with the task of exploring the gameís dingy locales in search of clues, witnesses or any other valuable information. Much of your time will be spent interacting with other non-playable characters as you search for new leads. Some will be very talkative, others will be less willing. Can you persuade them?

CSI is a lovely looking game, featuring dozens of highly detailed environments with believable backdrops. But more importantly, it doesnít disappoint as a game. Itís a hell of a thinker this one, but well worth a go.

CSI: Dark Motives
Dark Motives tells a story faithful to the TV series in which a team of five night-shift investigators, one cop and a couple of lab technicians work together in Las Vegas, gathering and analysing evidence using forensic science techniques to solve crimes. You will play as a CSI rookie training with the best law enforcers of Las Vegas, but this time youíre going to find things a little more difficult.

In what is a mentally gruelling game, Dark Motives charges players with solving some five new cases, all of which are much longer and more in-depth than those in the previous offering. However, youíll be armed with a multitude of forensic equipment that includes fingerprint dusters, UV lights, Luminol and even a DNA sequencer, so your options will be plentiful.

The game also plays host to several familiar and wonderfully rendered non-playable characters, all of whom bare strong likenesses to their real-life counterparts. For fans of the TV series, this helps make the adventure much more authentic, but regardless, Dark Motives is a mentally gripping virtual drama. Get involved.
